I’m Riska Avi Amanda, a UX writer and content designer based in Sydney. I write content flows for apps, develop voice and tone guidelines, conduct user research, and help make digital products easier to understand and use.

I work closely with designers, researchers, product managers, engineers, and marketing teams. To me, content design is not just about choosing the right words. It is about understanding people, their needs, and the context in which they interact with products.

2026: I’m currently completing my Master’s in Digital Communication and Culture at the University of Sydney. I chose this field to better understand how culture, language, and digital behaviour shape the way people make decisions online, and how those insights can lead to better user experience and content design decisions.
